The most important thing to remember while doing yoga - even though it is truly not that difficult - is to take your time, and make sure to always keep track of your own pace. In other words, if you start to feel tired or sore, do not hesitate, simply stop altogether. You must listen to your body and stop when it wants to, and a good idea, as with any other type of exercise, is to start off slow and then work your way up as you progress.
